Our Main office is located in Hillsboro Ohio at 6696 US HWY 50, the west side of Hillsboro just beyond the city limits. The Distribution office is located a 6686 US HWY 50 next to the main office . The Treatment Plant facility is located at 14080 US HWY 50 Bainbridge Ohio just east of Rainsboro. The power source for our Treatment Plant is South Central Power Company. We have a Kohler 1000 KW generator with automatic transfer switch at the plant facility as a backup. We have also added a Kohler 200 KW generator at our Paint Creek well field as a backup power source and the company installed a backup generator at our new wellfield developed in 2016 on Falls Road. HCWC's plan is to be able to maintain the system and use our water sources as usual during any power outage. We provide water service to portions of 5 counties in southern Ohio - Highland, Adams, Brown, Clinton, and Ross. The Highland County Water Company, Inc is a groundwater facility producing from 9 wells.
